ABOUT OUR FAITH IN CHRIST

WHO WE ARE:

We are the church you read about in the Bible. A cross-focused church whose message is the Gospel, the good news that Jesus took our place on the cross. He was buried, and rose from the grave. We believe if we obey him, and live faithfully unto death, he will raise us up from death to be with him forever. We are striving to restore new testament Christianity in Eloy and Central Arizona. Romans 16:16; 6:1-6

WHAT WE BELIEVE:

The Bible is the God-breathed, inerrant word of the creator of all things. And the scripture can't be broken. 2 Timothy 3:15; John 10:35

OUR MISSION:

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the father and the son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I command you. And I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20

OUR INVITATION:

All are welcome. No one but Christ is or was perfect! We all fall short of the glory of God, and if we say we have no sin we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. Romans 3:23; 1 John 1:8

GOSPEL VIDEO LESSONS

HOW DO I GET INTO HEAVEN?

HEAR THE GOSPEL
"So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." (Romans 10:17) "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32)
BELIEVE THE GOSPEL
"Therefore I said to you that you will die in your sins; for if you do not believe that I am He, you will die in your sins." (John 8:24) "But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him." (Hebrews 11:6) "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned." (Mark 16:16) Then Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." (Acts 8:37)
REPENT FOR PAST SINS
As it floats around us in an eternity of bliss; and then, my friend, when darkness overspreads my eyes, and heaven and earth seem to dwell in my soul and absorb its power, like the form of a beloved mistress. I often think with longing, Oh, would I could describe these conceptions, could impress upon paper all that is living so full and warm within me, that it might be the mirror of my soul, as my soul is the mirror of the infinite God! O my friend — but it is too much for my strength — I sink under the weight of the splendour of these visions!
CONFESS JESUS IS LORD
"You must, confess that Jesus is Lord. He is Lord whether you confess it or not, but it is unto your salvation that you must acknowledge His deity and His ownership" (Romans 10:9-10). "Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven." (Matthew 10:32-33) Then Philip said, "If you believe with all your heart, you may." And he answered and said, "I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God." (Acts 8:37)
BE IMMERSED IN BAPTISM
"Be baptized for the remission of sins, 'Then Peter said to them, Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.'" (Acts 2:38) "He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned." (Mark 16:16) "And now why are you waiting? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord." (Acts 22:16) "For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ." (Galatians 3:27) "There is also an anti-type which now saves us - baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ" (1 Peter 3:21)
LIVE FAITHFULLY UNTO DEATH

"Live a faithful Christian life in the fellowship of God's people "Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord." (1 Corinthians 15:58) "But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin." (1 John 1:7)

IT'S NOT TOO LATE TO GIVE YOUR LIFE TO CHRIST

"Come now, and let us reason together," Says the Lord, "Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool."

"Whereas you do not know what will happen tomorrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapor that appears for a little time and then vanishes away."

"I will hasten and not delay to obey your commands."
Isaiah 1:18, James 4:14 & Psalm 119:60
